As is common practice, their process involved verifying and comparing information in various applications and workspaces within the patient’s record. Despite the time and scrutiny applied to each chart, finding an error was relatively rare. To make their efforts more productive, they looked to automate and standardize, upholding recommendations provided by TG-275.  Incorporating ChartCheck allowed the team to consolidate multiple streams of information into a single platform, resulting in a much more streamlined workflow. With features such as automatic document creation and 77336 appointment generation for easy billing, ChartCheck has automated otherwise time-consuming pieces of the review process.
